Absolutely the worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They would take any check I deposited and put a seven business day hold on it. They do that so they can make money off the interest on it. Then, they get upset if you want the hold released. Terrible bank, do not recommend.

I have banked with First Bank of Owasso since moving to the community in March 1998. I have always received great customer service. Most recently fraud was discovered effecting my account and the bank staff took action to protect me and my money which is much appreciated!
Don’t trust them with your money, because they certainly won’t trust you unless you “earn” it. For weeks my money was “on hold”. Then they charge you for not using your account even when it’s not your fault. Never felt more like a criminal than trying to bank here. Worst experience ever.
