Poor poor poor if your bank opens at 9am why aren’t the telephone lines open and the message you get they closed knowing dam well they are open I cannot wait to be done with them.These people are ridiculous.

Never got a welcoming packet or booklet explaining anything or options to make payments. Had to drive 30 mins and make a payment in person and ask about online payments to then receive paperwork to fill out and fax to them to get that setup.
