My account was hacked and I had to get a new debit card. The woman I spoke to was so kind! I hate being hacked but I learned how the compassion of others can make such a difference in the lives of others. Best wishes to the woman who has “worked at First for a long time” You made my day!

Got a truck loan back in 2019 never received any mail or information about the loan had to call to get the account number and send pmts now paid off loan in 2022 and fighting to get the title never returns call. Going to submit complaint to Better Business Bureau and and contact my lawyer. Will not recommend this Bank
Never had an issue until we ran into health issues and needed some assistance with our mortgage loan, possible 3 months deferment. Nope, we can’t help you. We offered to pay the interest and escrow and add 3 additional payments at the end. Nope. Can’t do that either. Not very helpful are they?

One hour wait in commercial drive thru because lobby is closed at 4! ONE HOUR WAIT, because my time has no value. Line all the way to Ohio street.
