I’ve never had any difficulty with their services. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist. Sometimes the ATM is out of service in front on High St., but the drive-thru in back is more convenient anyway.

This bank was the custodian of my companies HSA; they were always a major inconvenience to deal with. Their website is clunky and ancient. I worry about my information security with them. With so many banks in the Cincinnati area that care about their customers, I would not waste my time here.
Now their ATM miscounted my deposit and I’m out almost 200 dollars right before Christmas. Still waiting to hear back from someone. Check ALL receipts and deposits. I wonder if I’ll get my money back?
