I have received nothing but complete incompetence from this institution, they routinely fail to follow instructions on my account and then charge me extra fees for their failures. I have closed my account and would suggest everyone else to do the same.
Generally, they are a wonderful CU. If I had to rate my good/bad experiences here, they are 90% good & 10% bad. I have recommended them to at least 3 other people and they have only had good experiences.

Horrible customer service. They have no concern for fixing their mistakes. Still taking automatic payment from our credit union months after we signed the paper stating they no longer have our permission to do so and even after we make our payment early and directly to them in cash.
