Janae was awesome. She is very knowledgeable in spite of the fact that she is relatively new. She gave great advice and followed up with an email. What she was unsure of, she quickly found the answer for us. We had a very pleasant experience and will be back to see Janae for our banking needs!
I called 10 minutes before closing time as I needed the online banking department and no one answered. I kept listening to the automated system telling me that my wait time was less and 1 minute. Well, 10 mins later I still wasn’t able to speak to anyone. Now I have to wait until Monday!
It’s messed up that during this pandemic when most people are hurting for money they are still charging a fee to cash a check if you don’t have an account. I hope the next time they need help they don’t get a bail out. They are just greedy!
I have not had any problems with this bank. They are open at one place or another 7 days .The fraud alert center has stopped money being taken. I am very satisfied with this bank.
Been an account holder with them for nearly 2 or 3 years. I admit I rarely use their sites, but the app is great for my needs and usage. I’ve gotten personal loans through them, and they were very formal and generous to assist with building credit history. Keep it up!
