It’s been 3 months since I paid for a credit check and filed a home loan and I have still yet to receive an answer on my loan. No phone calls no heads up nothing. And when u call up their and ask they are very rude and act like you are bothering them. Worst service I’ve ever had.
I worked at this bank for 30 years. I retired in June of 2014. I am so sorry to read these reviews and I am very disappointed. I hope that management has reached out to you. At the same time, I know there is always two sides to a story. We always prided ourselves for our friendly service and working to help the community.
If you are looking for a mortgage, run fast. They screw up our escrow almost every month, and didn’t pay our home insurance for the past two years on time. Plus you can only get sent straight to voicemail for every agent. Please do not mortgage here.
