This is a great bank with helpful friendly people. This bank recently upgraded their website and it is working so much better than in the past!
Terrible App and website. I have to call the bank every other week to reset my account as I get locked out because it says “unknown / invalid username”. Their online system is extremely slow and outdated. Trying to get help after business hours is impossible. I’ll be going back to a big, nationwide bank.
Great Ag/farm bank. Friendly and helpful employees. This bank goes above and beyond for us. So refreshing to find a bank that cares about the customer. Just moved personal accounts to Amboy too.
Terrible app. Even the bank itself takes forever to update your account information. When you call them they treat you like your stupid. Not a very good bank. Been banking here as my first bank. Nothing but a bad experience. I don’t recommend this bank.
