They can’t handle the smallest things. Have been trying to close my acct for 4 days. Still not done. Have asked for things before and they just can’t seem to get anything done.
I have been banking here for over 20years. They have gotten worse and worse. We own a small business and they have changed rule after rule making it very hard to do business. Do not use this bank!
Horrible bank practices here, they wired the wrong person $10,024 out of my account and the bank manager Robin made it sound like it was my fault they wired the wrong person. They have a couple really nice people working but overall I would stay away from this place.
