Online banking is a joke and the hours listed are only for the drive through not the lobby the only reason I still have an account with them is because I’ve had it for 13 years

Thier online banking is a joke. Can’t even export last years transactions. I have to go through a PDF file one line at a time. This will take days! Truly a deal breaker. I am done doing business with this bank!
Opened an account here a few months ago. Customer service was very helpful establishing my accounts, and the banking app is the easiest I have ever used.
Great bank. I moved out of state a year ago, the online app is user friendly, and with mobile check depositing I feel no need to open an account elsewhere.
ALWAYS some issue with this bank, thier employees, or thier debit card system!

Nothing but issues every time switching banks. Beware if you have an account open with them they charge you any chance they can. Banking app constantly crashes or does not Work. Suggest trying a different bank if your looking to be treated fairly.
