  1. I’ve asked this bank to remove my name and address from their mailing list numerous times. If they can’t do something that simple, why would I trust them with money?

  3. Crooks. Paid my account off with 1st payment. They said my account is a high risk account and closed it. So basically they were not making money off me and closed my account.

  4. Every time I’ve gone into the branch I’ve had fairly quick service and very kind employees. Drive-thru can be busy but they do their best to be quick and accurate.

  29. I don’t have to go into a bank branch very often because of the convenience of online banking but this is a very nice bank! I especially like the privacy pod so you can discuss what you need to without needing to leave if necessary. The kids play area is also very nice. Bankers here are very helpful.
