Not very happy with the person I talked to,now i have to waste time to make an appointment and I’m looking at about a week to get in,not very happy.Being told to many stories about my new card.
Confusing to find as another branch of First Security is across the street. Same sign but the other states real estate lending on entrance only. Needs to differentiate signage from each other.
I had a wonderful experience opening up a checking account at this branch across from the mall. Teresa (hope the spelling is correct)? greeted me at the door and her demeanor and kindness helped me feel comfortable and relaxed .She talked me through the process with professionalism. Thank you Teresa and First Security Bank. Ken P.
Have banked here for many years. Much of my banking happens on a Saturday, would be very helpful if you had more than 2 branches open on Saturdays and/or extended your hours/ had more people working. Very long waits at North Reserve location.
I have never seen a more incompetent customer service and fraud detection system. As soon as I get back from vacation, all of my accounts will be closed.
I’m always treated like a second class person at this bank in particular. It’s not customer service, it’s more like “what do you want, and tell me where everyone can hear your business.” It’s annoying and discriminatory. I love my person, but my person was not available today.
This rating would’ve been higher, except that on 24 March 2021, a teller at one of the branches (I wasn’t told which branch, only that old checks are honored or not at the teller’s discretion) honored a check I had written to the Missoula …
Teller was nice, but service was slow. I wanted a certain amount back & had written a 4 not a 7. Instead of asking me if that was right, she changes it & gives me less money on the deposit & more money back??!!

I made an honest mistake and I had help from Taylor who went out of her way to fix my records and personal balance. It’s hard to find wonderful and helpful people especially in banking. I hope she is Compensated for her worth!! Restored my faith and trust in this establishment and local branch. 5 stars for her

This is another awesome branch. The tellers are really friendly and polite. I never have an issue.
