Never had a bad experience with the Bank! They have been always curious and very helpful. I would highly recommend them, I have been with them for years.
Customer service needs improvement bad, takes days for them to get back to you when they say they’ll call you. Has happened multiple times and even calling them doesn’t help anything they’ll transfer you all over the place or ask you to leave a voicemail.
