Service is fine. Outrageous price for sewage charges!! Apparently the board just rubber stamps any request for increases. I’ve been a customer for 17 years. Once the utility was sold a few years ago the sewage cost has skyrocketed. Not sure what we as customers can do because it’s a monopoly. Maybe government representatives.
Need to have online registration for new service. I spend a full day going to 3 different utility companies because my water, electric and gas service is not handled by the same company.
Unbelievably awful experience! Rude “customer service”, and requested that I pay a “First Time User” fee twice, to start an account when I was transferring service back into my name from my tenants after having service with them for 2+ years. Total scam for an addition $36 and no explanation.
I just got water set up at first utility District a little bit ago and had a solid visit. The gentleman at the counter was super helpful and got me all set up smoothly with no problems. The customer service was great!
Your contractor BCC is killing me. Get them off of my yard, and get this done, please. My driveway was trenched December 14. I’d like the work to be done. I work swing shifts and this has been more than enough.

No problems until this year. They have lost multiple payments and won’t take responsibility. While speaking with one lady she says there’s no record on my account regarding the situation. Strange, I have an email from her supervisor pertaining to this. They REFUSE to take responsibility for their lack of good management!
