  2. Huge help. Good staff. Very pleased with the help I received. A big plus is that they answer the phone when you call. No voice mail. This is the number one thing I liked about their establishment. Also, going out of their way to help you.

She will not provide paperwork so a patient can get the equipment that they need even though Medicare specifically says that it is not required to have a release when it is one healthcare provider to another. I think this is their way of keeping patients. I would not do business with this company.
