Five Star needs to improve on their response time when someone makes a critical call concerning their personal accounts. A 20 minute (or more) wait time is unacceptable. Five Star’s customer service is nothing compared to M&T Bank’s customer service concerning wait time over the phone….someone always picks up the phone.
People are nice but I wouldn’t recommend Five Star to anyone looking for commercial banking services. Their website looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades, and you can’t do very simple things like view mortgage/checking act …
