5Point in Port Neches/Port Arthur where i pay my carnote. Beaumont’s 5Point on Dowlen is having road construction. Changed location to pay my carnote. The building is very nice and clean. The tellers are polite and professional.
Took the loan officer over 15 days to get back with me i had to call eveyday to be lied to that my call would be returned. And Took them 3 weeks to tell me no that they could not do it just all around a waste of time an sorry service
Waited 30 minutes to speak with banker when a lady showed up got signed in asked how long of a wait it would be after which she got mad so one of the bankers went and spone with another one and magically she skipped me and another person and was helped first so therefore i proceeded to get up and leave vad service do not recommend
Good luck getting anything done unless you physically go in there. Their app is awful, they charge to make payments over the phone unless you use their automated system (which doesn’t work), and they’ll put you on hold indefinitely. After 5+ years with FP, I closed my accounts. Not worth the lengthy phone calls.
