I called to close out my account and got Jackie on the line. I was completely taken aback by the absolutely rude and condescending manner by which she spoke to me. I am surprised that she is an employee and that this has not been brought to the attention to management!
When I moved just a couple blocks away and had to switch my service.. I had a very friendly and helpful woman tell me everything I needed to know and she did a smooth switch over for me.
