  1. I’m VERY, VERY disappointed 😞 with Flagler Hospital 🏥. My husband & I have been going there for 17 yrs. WHAT THE HELL DO THEY KEEP REMODELING FOR? MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN IN THERE FOR A WEEK. I CANT SEEM TO FIND A DOCTOR WILL TELL ME …

  2. Never in my life have I ever been made to feel less than dirt until today. Why? Because I’m transitioning between jobs and waiting on insurance so I’m not covered at the moment. But apparently that makes me a lowlife in the eyes of the registration department. Judgement will come to those who judge others

  3. Horrible good nursing up stairs but Horrible doctors almost killed me twice ended up paralyzed waist down after 3 er visits with continued put offs finally scheduled unneeded surgery went paralyzed meanwhile while waiting in hospital just …

  4. Guest WiFi is really annoying here. If you move anywhere in the hospital it kicks you out and you constantly have to reconnect and agree with terms all the time you are there.

  5. The only thing that can be said GOOD about this place is the free vallet. Guys are great. docs… not so much. Pathetic isn’t it?

  6. Never, never again. I’ll Uber to Baptist South if I need an ER. Medical Staff that would be fired for incompetence in reputable facilities are allowed to practice here.

  7. I came in via ambulance with a dislocated knee and torn meniscus was with my 15yr old daughter they released me in a brace on crutches no diagnosis no fix they should have atleast fixed the knee cap dislocation funny how they pushed me into …

  8. Worst.hospital.EVER. Go in with an ingrown toenail, come out with a toe tag. Every time I’m forced to go in there, they make me worse. Horrible place, worse ER, FILTHY rooms even in ICU – NOPE, NEVER AGAIN.

  9. Very nice staff, however I had to stay an extra day because there was no cardiologist and th e Dr who checked out my chest discomfort with testing was understandably skeptical to let me go home the same day.if a cardiologist had seen my tests the first day I could have been released the first day.

  10. I was somewhat dubious about having my husband go to this facility but I couldn’t be more pleased with the care he received. I found numerous staff to be exceptional in their care, compassion, competence and professionalism.

  11. horrible horrible hospital the nurse called me selfish and made comments about everything i did in my life and involved her personal opinions and was rude to me and also they gave me the wrong IV and TOLD ME IT WAS THE WRONG ONE AFTER TWELVE HOURS

  12. If I could give zero stars I would! I have been sitting in a room for almost 4 hours and I have seen one person who gave me a gown and that’s it. I had to come to the hospital due to intestine blockage and they don’t seem to care not one bit! I would not recommend this place for anymore!

  13. disgusting worst hospital i’ve ever experienced in my life the nurses are rude they didn’t care about my pain they gave me no pain medicine even though i was screaming in pain and they gave me the wrong medicine in my IV for TWELVE HOURS

  14. Very kind and professional. They actually know what they are doing. I had heart surgery and they kept me at ease. And it’s the cleanest hospital I have seen in a very long time. Excellent

  15. Worst hospital I have ever been too.
Horrible attitudes, unprofessional, and they send you home with no answers. Pretty sure it’s your job to find out what is wrong with someone not send them home after another facility said you needed to be at ER… lesson learned! Don’t choose Flagler!

  16. They dont want to help you unless you have insurance. They are all extremely incompetent and at this point they take your information on a napkin, even tho they are by no means busy . Just save ur loved ones life and make the drive to Jacksonville. Ull regret coming here everytime.

  17. I thought this hospital was descent turns out not to be I had my baby here and no matter how polite you are they will discharge you early so that you get no pain medicine misspell your child name and pretend to be kind will never go here again guess I got treated unfairly because I’m black! God bless them anyway

  18. I cut open my hand really , really bad. And I lost a ton of blood .here I am I Kno I need stitches. But I’ve been here over an hour. Glad I didn’t pass out…. After 1 1/2 I just left

  19. WORST HOSPITAL EVER! Disgusting behavior by staff. I would be disgusted if I ran that hospital and talked and treated my customers the way they do. I really wish I could give them less than one star. You need to fire your staff and start over.

  20. This hospital is absolutely terrible and dirty. I brought my husband here and I was denied entry because visitors are not allowed. There was a line of people waiting to be tested for COVID. The lady at the entrance that you first speak to is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude. I do not recommend this hospital.

  21. The E.R. sucks! All the nurses sitting on their phones, was sitting in the room waiting for 30 minutes and finally someone came in. We’ve been there 3 different times and have had the wrong diagnosis each time. I hope we finally got it resolved. I will not go back to this hospital!

  22. New emergency room procedures are aweful. They have no desire to help, they just want to get you in then out as fast as possible. Much different then they were a few years ago when I would have considered them one of the best in north Florida.

  23. Waiting in flager waiting room history of heart disease and b.p. 220/128 chest pains shaking headaches 4 hrs now I am in pain in my chest and they do not care spoke to the desk 4 times no beds they say….??????

  26. Went for head neck injury and nurse fixated on my arm after I told her it hurts my head and neck when I try to move my arm. My head was never checked and I couldn’t get them to listen to me. I hate that this is the only choice close to home as the quality of care has gone way down.

  27. I would like to thank the staff at the outpatient surgical unit for the incredible job with my surgery this morning. I can’t remember all the nurses names but everyone was so professional, informative and pleasant they made me feel so calm and well taken care of in this stressful situation I would recommend Flagler hospital to anyone.

  29. Nice building in the heart of a beautiful city. But healthcare is about the human element. The respiratory department is dysfunctional due to its manager, Nancy H. Patients are treated like cattle in a factory farm. Employees are picked on, …

  30. ER physician, James Matthew Jones, is excellent. Most of Flagler’s ER doctors are good. It’s the nursing staff that can kill an experience.

  31. This hospital is the worst hospital ever! Continuously giving patients the wrong diagnosis along with the wrong medication. Which have led to serious life-changing injuries or worse Death! Would not recommend for anyone!

  32. Staff was friendly and caring from Kathy (or Karen, short white hair:-) in the the emergency room to the nurses in my overnight care room and Dr. Crisco, Karen and the rest of the cardiac operating staff who kept me calm throughout the procedure. Thank you.

  36. The girl with tattoos all over her arms working the ER needs to work somewhere that’s not as important as a hospital. So Toxic, Evil, Rude, for no reason!!!! We come here for CARE. She acts like we are annoying customers! This is a hospital act like it!!!

  37. 1/12/13, a slow Thursday evening, I went to the ED w/o EMS so I had to check in, register and all that-no big deal-but then there was the wait. There was a young man in his 20s, sitting in a chair holding his lower right abdomen. Clearly …

  38. I went being light headed and with chest pains and I was basically told I was to young the doctor did not take me seriously at all and just had a horrible attitude I would not trust him with my life even for a second

  39. Absolute pathetically ran organization. We have an elderly gentleman that must be evacuated for Hurricane Dorian. He must be moved from his home to an Assisted Living Facility for the duration of the storm. This requires a Health Assessment …

  40. The care was pretty rough, I was not given hardly any updates or information regarding why I was admitted and did not receive many while there. The nursing staff seemed unaware and nobody seemed to have information. If you need to be admitted I suggest Orlando or Gainsville.

  44. I very much wish I could give negative stars. Without going into the gory details, I was molested as a child by an ER doctor. A close family member also contracted MRSA after staying in this hospital for less than a day. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone, no matter how minor the injury.

  45. My husband and I have been in this hospital a number of times. The facility is lovely. We have been well cared for by all the nursing staff and the doctors. I would choose this hospital again and again!

  46. Hospital has a doctor that doesn’t listen to his patients, pretty boy type. And then to match, a lady up front with tattoos that I just watched give a whole family attitude for asking questions. No one came here for your drama.

  47. Very pleased with this hospital. I was admitted to have heart surgery. The heart surgeon is one of the top rated in the world. I was in and out in three days. That was 8 years ago. Staff is super friendly and they inform you of exactly what they are going to do before they do it.

  48. My baby was born in August of 2015. The staff at the Maternity 2Nd floor and at the Postpartum floor was very friendly and professional. Little contact with the rest of the hospital’s employees but overall great experience with everyone.

  50. Run, don’t walk AWAY from this hospital! They billed my insurance company $1800 for a stool sample. On my bill, there was a phone number to call if you have any questions. When I called, they couldn’t explain why the bill was that high. I …

  51. Some of their staff are excellent. To name a few:doctor Jago, nurse Paula was great with delivery with the help of other nurses. They did an outstanding job. When I was moved to the 4th floor nurses Erica, Tanya, Liz, and assistant nurse betty they did an excellent job taking care of me and my baby. Thank u all…😁😁😁 …

  52. I showed up to my daughter in ER. It looked dirty. I was just surprised that they don’t take methods for keeping things sterile. Like not putting patient clothing in a bag. No auto soap dispensers, toilets, paper towels…have to touch everything. Needs modernized.

  53. We took our son 1yr there cause of a high fever and the nurse Julie was HORRIBLE!! She was very forceful! Wouldn’t listen to me! I told her I’d given Hi Tylenol already not even four hours ago and she wants to overdose him by giving him …

  58. The ER front desk staff is rude and inconsiderate. The ER nursing staff does an inadequate job of monitoring its ER patients. Attending just makes excuses for the staff.

  70. Been to the ER 3 times for differing reasons and people and was always seen quickly (about 15 or so minutes was the longest wait) but most of the time you won’t even have to sit down if it’s late in the day. These guys are life savers, litterally.

  71. If you have an emergency, this is NOT the hospital to go to. Every excuse will be given as to why your loved one can’t be placed in a room for care. Even if you’re having comications breathing, you are invisible.

  84. So this hospital has an issue with anyone who has been sexually assaulted and the request for a female nurse will make your time being seen longer. Actual it was 930pm and it wouldn’t be until after 11 before I could have a female nurse so I ended up walking out. If you want to be treated fairly dont go to this hospital.

  85. I love this hospital! Especially the labor and delivery team. I’ve delivered all three of my children here and recommend it to all of my pregnant friends. I had a low intervention team that followed my wishes for a “hands-off” natural delivery. The postpartum team took such great care of me and my little ones afterwards. Thank you!

  86. If I could give a zero stars I would!! Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a hospital. Honestly how have they not been shut down yet. Please if you love your family or friends drive the distance for another place!

  133. Parking lot needs to be more lit up especially in the emergency entrance. Also the staff needs to have a waiting list up or something for people so that way they know how many people are ahead of them. They need to be up front with estimate times and just let people know what’s going on. That’s the respectful thing to do.

  154. Horrible hospital. I got there at 11pm – stayed “waiting my turn” until 4:30am. & STILL HADN’T BEEN SEEN. They’d insist in next, then 2-3hrs would go by. They don’t check on you. Just sit you there and tell you to wait. I’m pregnant and was …

  171. While on vacation my baby spiked a fever of 104. I can not speak highly enough of the staff here. From the check in process, triage, nurses and the doctor, all were wonderful. We had to return a second night to receive a second antibiotic shot and the staff then were just as great as our first night.

  173. Treat people like people. This includes alcoholics and addicts. Sitting here 100% sober watching my friend be treated like a low class citizen is gut wrenching. She needed professional help from a doctor. This is why people who need help don’t ask for it.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

  198. Terrible experience with the registration nurses/ pct. Very rude and unprofessional, and the cop that was working grabbed my arm and threw me out when asking for the nurse’s names to make a official complaint. We went else where to be seen. The nurses as the desk who aren’t even technically nurses told us we weren’t even sick.
