  2. We’re in an outage and I drove down to where they were supposed to be repairing. Truck is there but no workers. I guess they packed up for the day. 24/7 repairs….. I’m guessing not.

  3. Pretty laughable customer service. You can forget about getting anything done in a timely manner. Engineering department will not answer or return phone calls. If you do get someone on the phone, they are cranky, and rude. Too bad I can’t take my business somewhere else.

  5. Extremely displeased with the customer service and ability to transfer services and keep notes of previous phone calls. I ended up having to pay for the renters in my old home for two weeks. There was nothing customer service would do to remedy this issue. Very disappointed.

  11. 4 times I tried to make payments. Each time I did they said the payments were accepted. Then the payments would disapear. Then suddenly they had no record of them happening. Now I have a $300 pay due to a faulty phone automated system. They refused to take payment over the phone, telling me I have to do it over the automated system.
