Called at the beginning of winter with 30% left on my propane and asked for a delivery. Was promised a call back. 5 days later I called at 10% and asked about the requested delivery and was promised someone would call to schedule me later …
Well, let’s just say! I just moved to the area. Called to have set up in Towanda, PA. Samantha answered the phone. Said she could not get ahold of inspector. I might want to USE another company! SAD for Flynn! That is after one week of waiting to hear back from them.
This is in regards to their “drivers”. I got stuck behind one of their small fuel tankers on rte 6W for over 10miles. He was going 15mph UNDER the limit with lots of traffic stuck behind him …
I wanted a new heater, can not get anybody to call me back! I told the last guy (after amonth of calling) that I would go someplace else. Guy told me someone would get back that day. It’s been 3 days and nothing. Guess they don’t need a couple thousand in business
