Very nice, my 91 year old mom felt treated like a queen. Done in a very timely manner too. All staff seem happy in their jobs, polite and worked togeather well.
Not a good experience overall. Long wait time, inattentive staff, rude front desk especially with rescheduling . Rushed visit with doctor. Beautiful office, does not compensate for lack of customer service and patient care.

I like doctor Jong a lot. She is clear and patient friendly and easy to work with. She’s terrific. Her staff is insufferable though which is a real shame. A visit to this shop is a total Jeckyl and Hyde experience.
