I have tried calling to schedule an appointment at least 10 times and no one ever answers. They always transfer me and apparently their receptionist is always answering other calls. Left a voicemail twice and never received a call back. I work in a health care facility and never encountered this problem before.

Wow. I could not imagine how to make getting a covid test more confusing and difficult. They will put you on hold, redirect your call, give you little to no information about how to go about the testing and act annoyed when you ask simple questions. Just a bad experience
Worst patient service ever. Was told multiple times my appointment was at 11, called and checked again ahead of time and no one thought to tell me it had been moved to 10:30. I live 30 min away so the drive isn’t easy. They refused to see me but wanted to reschedule for months out. Ridiculous.
