If I could give 0 stars I would! I called to get some information, but was unable to get a word in past my initial question. The lady that answered the phone was unprofessional, short, and incredibly rude to me. I have never spoken to a complete stranger the way she spoke to me.
I called to try and find out what day our trash pick was going to be and the receptionist on the phone was rude and only keep saying we don’t pick up till March the 1st. Well that doesn’t help me figure out what day to put the trash out. Rude and short for no reason..
I appreciate the men that pick up my trash each week. They are always very conscientious about returning my bin in a nice neat way. This means more to me than I think they realize but hope they now know!
