Lack of communication with the community. Current water system is out dated and future plans of upgrades have not been addressed in over 3 years. Unable to address issues or concerns at board meetings. It seems as if the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

Since this place changed hands 3yrs ago it is doing great. They have paid off a tremendous amount of debt. They now take debit ,credit and checks. It use to be cash only. You can also pay over the internet. We have a fantastic Board of Directors, manager and workers. Good Job guys! Looking forward to 3 more years of your leadership
