Beware all unit 3 land owners. FLMD is currently in the process of denying water, sewer and roads to these properties for a lifetime.
This is a great neighborhood. The issue is the poor leadership of the curremt Board of Directors and the promised transparency. Many talk out both sides of their mouths. It has become a group of yes people that allow the president and the manager to function like a socialist organization.
