When is charter spectrum coming to forsyth?? Better internet at better price. Forsyth cable $100.00 late charge, really? And it only 50 to 60 mbps not even that good. Time for boycot them out, cheap county city cant afford the best
Can’t go inside the office, must slide equipment through the old bank drive thru slot. Took a while to swap out a modem. VOIP phone calls all cost money even though the website says free local and long distance calls. Apparently even inside Georgia is not free calls.
WORST SERVICE. OUR BUSINESS HAS 112 TV’s and our TV’s have been down for 36 hours. EVERY time I call they say someone will call me back or someone will come out for service. NO CALL BACK NO SERVICE. IF YOU’RE A SMALL BUSINESS, DO NOT!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.
We changed from AT&T (the worst ever.) Lightening struck the power pole today around 5:00pm and killed our router. They showed up two hours later to replace it and we’re up and running! Very happy with the service so far.
I’ve never had any problems with my connection no matter the weather, I love the ladies that work there all of them are always smiling and helpful
