  1. Worst company you will ever find. Horrible customer service and still very much in the Stone Age. Unfortunately they have a monopoly and unless you are off the grid, these are the “people” you get.

  7. FLEC has NO programs in place to help customers with their bills during the pandemic and continuously increases their rates, leading to double and sometimes triple precious, similar usage months. This place needs to be investigated.

  9. Never had issues with the company. Good experience all around. When power does go out wait time is from 30 min to 2.5 hrs. Usually on the low end. Prices are competitive. I prefer co-ops to big elec. co.’s any day.

  10. They wouldnt have any business if there was another electric company around. My light bill has always been a steady $70 and thats with electric heat. Now that ive switched to wood heat I have a $211 bill even with having one of the warmest winters i can remember.

  13. Been with Ft Loudon Electric Coop for several years now. Always prompt service any time there is a disruption. Prices seem reasonable. Much better customer care than some of the big companies I’ve been with before.
