The staff are very friendly and they always have tried to assist me with any problem i have had with my bill.
On your website you guys state that your internet service covers all of the fort valley area. But when we called to find out information the customer service individual said you only service Pecan Landing. Not very helpful if you don’t display correct information.
These fine folks always go above and beyond to see that we get what we need in a timely manner. I’m a commercial customer and my experience has been excellent.
