Fortiva certainly has my back. They put a hold on my card because the card was attempted twice, they informed me they suspect a fraudulent act. When I called to enquire they explained, for the reason why? Completely understood, they immediately took the hold off and I was able to use my card again.
My ONLY problem with Fortiva is that every month I end up with a hold on my card because I use it for the games on my phone and they think it fraudulent charges on my card. I have to call customer service to have the hold removed.

Do not do not do not do not do not get this credit card! The interest rate is 36%, the highest that I have ever seen in my whole life. They also charge you $175 just to open the account. They are criminals, who take advantage of people who really need some credit.
Fortiva certainly has my back. They put a hold on my card because the card was attempted twice, they informed me they suspect a fraudulent act. When I called to enquire they explained, for the reason why? Completely understood, they immediately took the hold off and I was able to use my card again.
My ONLY problem with Fortiva is that every month I end up with a hold on my card because I use it for the games on my phone and they think it fraudulent charges on my card. I have to call customer service to have the hold removed.
I received a fraud alert regarding a $400 on line purchase attempt at Walmart. Thanks to the quick action by the company, the charge was not allowed and a new card sent to me. What a great feature from the company. Highly recommend this card and the people who work there.

The customer service agent on the phone was nice, but the online service agent Nathan was terrible. It is very disappointing that you’re not able to get a credit line increase unless the system will decide to do it.
