  1. The customer service, rates, and the way they treat confidential information is the worst i have ever experienced! I heard they are in financial trouble and i would definitely stay away from this bank!

  2. The people in the online chat should be more knowledgeable about every aspect of the institution. Its annoying to have to be directed to other departments because either you don’t know how to resolve issues or just don’t want to.

  3. We love Forum as the staff is very friendly and professional. Even when there’s a line you can get in and out fairly quickly. They offer competitive rates and there are multiple branches around the city.

  5. Lucked into this ignorant operation through an auto loan and found out that there is a convenience fee to pay your loan because of their inability to process loan payments in-house. Due to their organization issuing you loans to third-party processors, they off-set their cost to the consumer. Good job FORUM, for um… nothing.

  6. For a credit union they sure do operate like a bank. Been a member for 15 years but no more. This place has really changed for the worse and I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this business to anyone. It’s the opposite of what a credit union experience should be.

  10. Used their online service to make a car payment, the payment was approved, and got a confirmation number. 2 weeks later they call and say it was never paid! Sent in a check the next month with the payment coupon, they can’t find it. Every customer service representative says something different.. quite frustrating!
