Very happy that my wife and I no longer use this bank! Would not recommend them to anyone! Especially would not use engage or purchase real estate from them as there actions are very inconsiderate and rude. Also either themselves or there real estate agent one makes false statements!
Banked here for 7 years and counting. Staff is personable, knows you by name, friendly and willing to help and resolve any hiccups or problems that may arise.
Really I’d gave 4.5 star because of limited amount of ATM to use when traveling.
First I called TFTC to see if I could get documents notarized they said absolutely. Drove from Terre Haute only to be rudely told they only notarize “Financial” documents. Outdated bank with outdated practices.
