We called for information on putting money from an insurance quote towards our loan. The lady we talked too, Katie, was very rude to us throughout the call. Pretty darn disappointed with the customer service experience.

Employees are friendly and warm when you speak to them, Whether on the phone or in person. They are quick to respond to my calls. They provided all of the products I need from checking accounts to loans. They make things as easy as possible to sign documents or applying for a loan.
