Having issues with on-line account. Called several times and left voicemails each time. Guy answering phone is rude and unhelpful. Wish I knew who to call to complain!!!
They send you the bill AFTER it’s past due and they charge you fees. Very unprofessional, which is unfortunate we cannot change to another provider. HEY FOUR RIVERS. DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR TERRIBLE BILLING ISSUES.
Dont send bill until it reaches $700 with late fees and threatening to shut off water.. Be nice to get the bill when its due not year later
I do not understand all the negative comments. I have never had a problem or talked with anyone rude. I spoke to Courtney today and she was wonderful. Thank you for being a utility that I can speak with a human and without a long wait time.
No bill in over a year. It’s amazing how they can find you to send you a final notice but not a monthly bill or quarterly bill. It is easy to run a terrible business when you have no competition and no one to answer to.
Now all the sudden after 30 years in my home they claim when I moved in I fell a billing cycle behind. Their fault not mine and now they expect me to make it up.
Recently moved to Rockford area. I have NEVER heard of this type of service and no one mentioned it when setting up utilities and now a get a bill for 300!! Never signed up or was notified of anything!
I literally got the bill today and it’s been past due. They haven’t sent email notifications since August and no other mail to let me know (I was getting email notifications when my bill was due). Then they charge you an additional $15 dollars to pay for it. Definitely a rip-off and very shady.
Terrible customer service. Never received a bill but just got a final notice addressed to ‘current resident’ stating the water was going to be shut off if it didn’t get paid.
