This insurance company discriminated against law enforcement officers and their families.
They are the worst insurance company. They drop you because of stupid things like breed of dog. Never again will I ever look into them. Worst company ever.
Cancelled someone’s umbrella policy because a police lived in the house!!! Who in their right discriminated against a police officer! Bad business practice
Never an issue. I have had to put in two claims and I was treated well. Professional adjusters came and processed claims quickly.
Great company who pays claims quick. I never had an issue with this company and they have great rates for home owners insurance!!
They compensated for damage pipe but they refused to compensate for my damaged boiler, the adjuster worked for the insurance interest. I will change to another insurance next year.

We’ve had very good luck with FMI after massive water damage to our home. Our adjuster has also been very helpful in helping us navigate the process.
Have had FMI for over 12 years, put in two claims and on both occasions FMI came thru with flying colors. Never gave us any trouble with the claim. All contractors paid in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend.

Do not use this company for homeowners insurance. They will jerk you around and make you wait only to tell you they’re not covering it. Get yourself a name brand company for insurance.

Never had a claim, but now that I do, they are very condescending and are giving less than minimum. Also denying my request for a different adjuster from FMI
