Extremely poor custom service. They never deliver when they say they will.

They’ve been delivering to our house for 10+ years, long driveway & driver is required to climb a fence in the winter. Never a problem and always on time.
3rd time in 4 winters letting us run out of oil. Bill is always paid, driveway is always cleaned for the delivery truck. On automatic delivery. It’s ideal to run out of oil on a Saturday morning in -15 degree weather.

They came to clean my furnace, which hadn’t been done for a long while! They were quick, courteous and efficient. They informed me of what was wrong with it (ended up needing to be replaced) and we’re quick to get a quote in for it’s replacement. I will definitely hire them for furnace cleanings in the future!
