Worst customer service. Everytime I call I get bounced around 2-3 people then get the voicemail of the person I need to speak to but never receive a call back.
Freedom CU has a very polite and Curtis staff, who take their time and help with any questions and concerns that you my have.
I highly recommend, Freedom CU!!

This bank is normally good except during the pandemic. The lines are just ridiculously long. It would seem like there could be a quicker way to serve customers
Years ago this was a decent credit union, but the customer service has gotten so terrible over the years. Don’t waste your time and money, there are much better credit unions out there.
I’ve been going to the credit union for years since it was Fisher and Porter credit Union on county line and Jacksonville road the lady’s there Sherry Terry Liz they’re all amazing they take such time to take care of you I wouldn’t go anywhere else
This bank is terrible. They do nothing to help with disputes other than to tell you to call the merchant. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen in a bank. They need some major overhauls. They also charge $2 every time you move money in between accounts. They are a rip off institution
So much better than a bank. They give you a more personal experience. You talk to real people. They are friendly. Their rates and fees are much lower. They offer incentives such as a $100 referral credit. If you visit a branch they are very clean and modern and the people are so nice. I highly recommend this place.
Kyle was extremely helpful and informative about which loan would work best for me, walked me through the whole process. Diane was very helpful with helping me set up and account, walked me through all the steps.
Staff is always pleasant and helpful, however, current operations at the branch are poor.
Drive in only, with a line around the building causing a 1/2 hour or more wait …
Use this bank because it was set up for me as a child but they genuinely have the worst service, are rarely helpful over the phone and there are FREQUENT errors with my account. Would not recommend to anybody.

Worst telephone customer service. I am trying for the past 3 days and I am in the call waiting for 7 hours daily. But still they disconnected my call. my money is transferred to wrong account instead of the correct account i provided.

Hands down the most annoying automated phone system anywhere.
The team members talk to each other and complain about the job/people while waiting on customers. Very unprofessional!
