I had been going to aurora pt and switched to freedom. The change was night and day. At aurora I felt like I was getting the cookie cutter menu of things to do after my surgery. At freedom, when I tell them where something is hurting, they address it, even if it isn’t a common symptom of my injury.
The front desk attention and the billing department behaved in a rude manner several time. I was very happy with my physical therapist, but extremely dissatisfied with those who take care of billing and customer service. I would not go back there again.
