Phil that works there needs to learn how to talk to people, he also needs to quit threatening and lying about leaving phone messages when he does not. You want my opinion? They should fire him!!!!
I guess if you aren’t a member of this credit union it’s ok to treat people bad….. I was working on a street near this place and because I had to close one of their ways in they made a big deal over nothing it took 2 people to come down …
Horrible customer service, completely rude over the phone. I did a wire transfer through them to pay off a car loan, they didn’t include all the information I gave them on the transfer and proceeded to blame me when the money didn’t go to the correct account… If I could give a zero I would.
Worst customer service, rude employees. They can’t or won’t answer basic banking policy questions. They have antiquated banking practices. They don’t have any fraud process and put everything in as a dispute and make the customer call …
