Consistently don’t pick up our trash. We need to get Georgetown focused on finding a reliable vendor that can actually do their job
Not a fan of the customer service in the office at all, not helpful or pleasant to say the least but the owner was very helpful and took care of the situation for me and the pickup guys do a good job as well.
This place is a joke. I guess I’m not the only one having this issue. They decide on a weekly basis wether they want to take your trash or not. Last week they took 1 barrel and left the other. This week they decided not to take any. Awful service. Website says closes at 4, called at 330 and they’re closed.
Have been using them for a couple of months I had no issues at all they even stacked all the barrels together when it was windy out so they wouldn’t blow awayDon’t know what these other people are talking about the guys in Newberry do a great job
