My niece from Round Lake is out of oil. They are refusing delivery, because the didn’t get a 3 day notice. It is 12 degrees below zero. Small children live at her house.
My experience has been great. They do what they say. I’ve used the overnight emergency service, and the guy who you typically work with is a real pro. They’ve helped me out many times.
Beware of customer service and removal of the tanks without notice. Practices are questionable and costly. Stay away. There are fuel providers out there with better communication practices.
I have recently learned that if you are not on an automatic delivery schedule regardless of who lives in the house (elderly, children, sickly) will get their tank filled after the ones with automatic delivery…even when you pay on …

These guys are right on point! I had a small fire start in my old stove. The line cracked and was emitting propane. They came immediately. The staff is truly awesome.
If I could give zero stars I would. Stephanie is the worst customer service representative I have ever spoken to and should not be representing the company. Threatened to have our tanks removed because we called about a discrepancy with the bill. Would not let me speak to a supervisor. Switching gas companies now.
I was installing a gas stove and had a gas leak, not in the supply line or connection. Called Bove and the tech ran me through some troubleshooting on the phone. Turns out I have a bad gas valve. He even called me back to see how I was making out. I know who to turn to in the Capital District for service.
Originally I gave these guys a five star, but then I found out they don’t refund unused propane like other companies (I was moving). I made sure they picked up an empty tank because I know they would have taken the near full tank and sold it to some other customer so as to double their money profits.
