You know It’s sad I pay more now for water than I did when it was every 3 month. But they tell you it’s the same amount, them lies they are telling! This city is all about getting money!!
There’s a lot of rude women working here in the office. They act like it’s an inconvenience to have to do their job and speak to people and had rather be sitting there on their phones.
Never have I seen such rudeness! Its not just one lady that’s rude, it seems like each and every one of them are rude! But, since that’s the only way I can have water, I guess I just have to put up with it?!.
Have tried to pay my bill normally for the past few months, but am told there is no outstanding balance to pay. The next day I get a notice on my door saying that my water is turned off.
I partially agree with the fact that there is one lady that works in the front that is very rude and not helpful at all. Then three other ladies that I’ve had contact with are very polite, pleasant and seem to put the customer first, as it should be, since we do pay their salary.
It’s sad that during the coronavirus they refuse to serve you at the drive thru window. Maybe I do not want to go inside and be in contact with who knows who. They don’t accept credit cards online or over the phone. You literally have to go inside their dirty lobby.

Couldn’t be any less helpful. I asked for someone to let me know once they completed fixing their broken valve that was keeping the water from turning off. I was told to just keep calling back to ask if it was done that they could not notify me when it was done.
I paid online yesterday and you all disconnected my water today. When I call and talk to management he stated I didn’t pay enough to keep it on! How is that possible when I always put something on it the day before if I’m running behind to keep it on. He was very unprofessional and rude you all need a new manager.
