Friendly staff. Please allow patients to schedule their appointment for the following year before leaving – like every other appoint I have does. Don’t rely on those awful postcards. Last year I did not receive one and didn’t make an appointment. I didn’t get my eye exam and Gailey missed the income.
Dr Stergis is the most sensitive and professional opthomoloilgist on the earth and especially at Gailey. She listens and explains the issue. I prefer her over some of the others that I’ve had. The desk staff was very very nice. Their calm and patient voices should be cloned. People need that.
The exam was very thorough. Each step was carefully explained prior to the test. The Dr explained his concerns and told us what we should expect and what corrections he was making in our prescriptions to enable us to have the best possible vision as our cataracts develop.
