Very agreeable people to work with! Staff at the office is always helpful. Mr. Alexander was kind enough to speak with me and even personally painted off where the Sewer tap is for a construction project. Top notch!
They charge you the same price for water and sewage. I’ve accepted this. However we bought a pool this weekend and they refuse to waive the sewage fee. This is wrong. Most companies at least give a break to fill the pool. Worst water …

Just wrapped up service with them after about a year and a half. Can’t recall any problem with service or billing, easy to pay online, and Tracy in customer service took the time to make sure any loose ends were taken care of at the end of my service! Very polite when she helped me over the phone.

Terrible job on fixing my yard after pipe busted and repaired. The crew that came back out to fix my yard from the mess where the pipe busted did a very poor job. I have job I ruts in my yard and it was smoothed out. It’ needs to fixed correctly ASAP.
