  11. I don’t use the trash service but after hearing how they treat their employees I wouldn’t and I recommend that nobody tries getting a job because they don’t pay their employees right! People are not going to do a job right with an employer who treats them unfairly!

  13. Not impressed at all with this company. They raise their rates and don’t let the customer know. They will charge you fees for anything and everything so beware of that as well. I tried to be a good customer and support a local trash company but that did not turn out very good.

  23. We have had GSI commercial trash/recycling service for 4 weeks. We run our business in Old Town, Fort Collins. They have failed to pick up our trash 3 times and recycling twice. With all the choices in Fort Collins, why would we continue our GSI service?

  24. Don’t argue with a customer! When I know for a fact that I didn’t get my trash picked up…and my neighbors did. I am now sitting in three weeks of recycling. They never put my cans back nicely and block the entrance to my drive way every week they pick up. Worst customer service ever.

  32. We moved and cancelled our service. They were supposed to pick up the recycling can that week but apparently they didn’t. A month later and they charged me 200 for not returning the can. The can is still there, they have yet to pick it up.
