It was fun to visit the Pepsi Center two nights in a row, first for an NBA game, and then for an NHL game. There were lots of food choices, so you can find something to meet your needs, but prices are ridiculous. They did a pretty good job …
A very nice arena for your favorite show(s). Getting to the arena by car is very frustrating. When you order your hot dogs and things, do not ask for a Coca Cola. They only serve Pepsi.
We went to the Pepsi Center for Disney on Ice! I have to walk around on crutches and as soon as staff saw me they immediately accommodated to my needs, made sure I had good parking and made sure I found my seats safely. What a wonderful …
Love this arena . Wish they didn’t change the name but it is what it is . Ben here for multiple games and a kid cudi concert . Had a “Ball” at every event I went to here . Food and drinks are expensive but that’s everywhere
Love the Pepsi center. Just went to a nuggets game a few weeks ago. Regardless of how much you can spend I feel like theres no bad seats. And parking isn’t to bad compared to some other venues I’ve been to.
Saw John Mayer and had awesome seats. Getting to our seats wasn’t too much of a haste. Getting into and out of the venue was easy and not too time consuming. Good overall experience.
Always a good place to be for sporting events or concerts. The tickets can be a bit pricey but it’s worth it. Not recommended if you’re claustrophobic though, the crowds get pretty packed.
Great venue! We didn’t have much trouble parking for the Halsey concert. It was expensive but it was right by the front of the door and we didn’t hit any traffic leaving. The graphics and details were awesome and the sound was great! Entry …
Non-smoking building. Meaning there’s no smoking area outside or anything. If you leave the building for some events re-entry is not permitted. Real bummer.
The Pepsi Centre was great, although that is at least in part because the game I was there to see was great too. It’s a nice venue, but I don’t like how the seating is arranged, a lot of it is far up in the rafters where you can’t see …
Stopped here for a game while on a business trip. This place was awesome for the Avalanche game. The stadium is modern and has very cool graphics that they portray on the ice to use it as a video screen. It is right in the heart of …
Came here for the Eric Church concert in May. I got seated behind some overly intoxicated ridiculous people who snuck in many bottles of Fireball liquor and other whiskey. When I called to speak with a manager after the concert I was told …
Very disrespectful. Box office staff was just a horrible experience . This isn’t the first time either , they are very consistent with the attitude. Don’t ask for Kind of help from tickets to ADA. Wish my favorite Performers wouldn’t go here , so I could stop going .
Great fun for the Avs games! I have only been here for those, so this review is somewhat specific. They have relatively large restrooms in multiple locations, they have tons of bars and places to buy food (the food is what you’d expect, but …
Ball Arena was just as accessible and open as the Pepsi Center was. Staff were nice and helpful, bathrooms were easily-identified, and sections were clearly marked.
Great view from any seats with affordable offerings for tickets if you look hard enough. Great place to see basketball, hockey, or a concert. Made some wonderful memories here. Beer and food prices though, ouch. Get the chicken tenders basket on third level. Best bang for your buck.
Great experience at my 1st Colorado Avalanche hockey game.
Parking was close in and convenient (although not the lowest-priced option)
Security check went quick and we found our seats in shirt order.
This venue was impressive and I’m sure I’ll enjoy other events here as well.
Just went to see a Nuggets game. Had a blast!! Only complaint is the seats. I fit, but barely… And I’m not that big. Also arm rests don’t go up, do if you’re too big there’s really no solution which is a shame.
Went to see Shinedown, SixxAm and Five Finger Death Punch… A Rock Concert, right?!?!?
Actually had several people sitting in their seats, in the stands and …
I Love this place! Go Avalanche!!!! This was Military Appreciation Night & what an amazing night it was 🎉 Thanks to all of our military branches & the service members that fill them! …
Had a total blast at the Avalanche game! It’s always a good time at the Pepsi Center whether it’s a concert or a game. Fun entertainment and always fun crowd watching!!
Thank you, Pepsi Center… We drove 7 1/2 hours for the Denver Nuggets vs Philadelphia 76ers game. My son (12 years) is a huge fan of the 76ers and this was our first NBA game and the security staff were so helpful with accomdaming our …
Went to Pepsi Center to watch an Avalanche Hockey Game. It was very quick and easy to get into and out of our seats. The staff was friendly and helpful. Food and drink were what I would expect to pay at a professional sporting event (about …
Ovo, the recent Cirque du Soleil show, was not to be missed. The colorful, intricate costumes of various bug creatures were explosive! The music was enchanting; the acting was playful and humorous and, as always, the leaping, flying …
Absolutely amazing to go to this venue and see Elton John live. I have seen a few other live performances here and they have been just as good but Elton John definitely was the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen at this venue. Sports here …
The venue is great and I have previously enjoyed concerts at the arena. This time however while attending a OneRepublic concert, our seats were close to the stage, and unfortunately far too close to the speakers. Sound was loud enough to be …
Decent sized venue and decent sound quality. Unfortunately, you can not bring your backpack inside or leave it with security. Drunk teenagers are perfectly acceptable. However backpacks shall remain forbidden.
Great concert venue, however if you are a single woman who carries pepper spray for protection when you go out alone, they will take away the only means you have of protecting yourself. Not the safest place to go alone.
Went to see Hall & Oates & Train recently & was pleased with the ease of parking, entering the arena, many employees staff asking if we need help finding our seats & the variety of places to get food and drinks. Would recommend.
Great venue and very efficient employees. I only have one complaint and it is that the selection of food and alcoholic beverages has gone downhill a bit and gotten much more expensive. Overall it deserves the four stars.
Saw Machine Gun Kelly and the arena and performance were both amazing. I loved the atmosphere and amount of work that went into building the stage and other parts of the venue.
My first time at the Pepsi Center also included my first time seeing Tool perform live. It was a great experience overall.
A co-worker and his long-term friend were diehard Tool fans. I thought the sound …
Nice, well maintained station stadium. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They only sell fast food (pizza, nuggets, flautas, etc.) as you would expect, but it was tasty.
this is a great venue to watch any plays, games or shows. for the most part is always nice and clean and the seats are in good shape, definitely recommend it.
Saw The Killers. Amazing show and amazing staff, went from the 3rd row to floor seats! Thank you to the staff for the free upgrade and making our night, yall are amazing.
Seating is awful. If you are tall or larger than average it’s a rough fit. Tall individuals knees are almost touching the person in front of them. Getting to your seat is hard too because there’s no space. You feel like you’re going to fall.
I always enjoy my visits to the Pepsi Center in Denver. Whether attending a Nuggets game, or a concert you will leave this venue with a smile on your face. Parking of course is a whole other issue but I haven’t had great experiences get …
We love coming here for Avalanche hockey games! The facility is clean and spacious, the arena has great views thanks in part to a huge jumbotron, and the food is decent.
The Pepsi, Can is a fantastic Arena. The music, lights, everything to keep you on your toes. On the JumboTron. Everyone was nice, Avalanche fans, Toronto Maple Leafs fans all got along, team spirit Sportsmanship to it finest. Thank you Denver, CO.
This arena is home to the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association (NBA) and other (NHL) and (NLL) leagues. My son and I had a blast watching the Nuggets play against the New Orleans Pelicans. A staff member upgraded our seats from section 303 to 138, giving us a better view of the action. It was very nice of him!
Nuggests can bring some crowd. this arena made me happy cause of the crowd. Everybody was very welcoming and they had good sportsmanship all around. I would definitely recommend visiting and catch nuggets playing while they are in town. …
The Pepsi Center in Denver is great for the fan experience no matter which sport you like. Good views from any seat in the house. Lots of merchandise to pick form for both basketball and hockey for decent prices.
Sight lines are a bit wonky for hockey in the upper levels. The TV over center ice is gigantic though, so you won’t miss much even if your view is obstructed. Food and drink options are about as good as you’d expect from a mid market stadium. Team store has a wide selection.
We have been standing in line to enter the Andrea Bocelli concert for a full hour now and probably have anther 15 minutes until we get in. The line extended out to past the Camry Lot. If it’s like this now, wait until they have to start …
Went to a Denver Nuggets Vs LA Clippers game here, which they won!! Loved the whole experience! The staff were great. Many food options and are seats were very good value for money. Would definitely go again!
I have been to Pepsi center for many events. I went recently to see Game of Thrones live. The staff is really nice and helped find my seats. As always parking was fine, even if somewhat expensive.
Great place for any type of event! Very organized and plenty of bathroom stops👍 Only complaint would be they need a little better variety of food🤞and maybe figure out a way to keep “drink” stop lines from hanging into the middle of walking areas? Otherwise it’s awesome✌️😎 …
Avalanche fan and first time seeing them live. Was really impressed with the facility. From how nice security was with me, employees throughout the arena greeting me with smiling faces, and the comfortable seats. I got a cheaper seat and …
This is a very nice venue to watch basketball, hockey, or even a concert. No seats are bad they are all good no matter where you sit at. Food and drink prices are a little much, but that’s a part of the experience I suppose. Parking is never a problem getting in or out of.
I’ve been to several sporting events at the Pepsi Center…this was my first concert. Very happy with the venue…found seats no problem, never had a problem finding an employee, PC employees were very friendly if you had questions. Enjoyed …
I think this is a great venue overall. I do think at concerts there should be more merchandise tables because the lines are really long no matter what concert you’re attending. I know CO has rules on liquor amounts but buying a huge …
Honestly the best experience I’ve had at an arena ever! It didn’t take us long to get in, we went to the gift shop and I found a sweatshirt on the sale rack (with no tags and it was the last one) but the staff was super helpful in finding …
Great venue. They can set up for a show very quickly and knock it out of the proverbial park! Fantastic place to spend some time with a loved one or friend.
I paid for and participated in the tour. It was very cool and interesting. Ernie was our guide and he was pleasant and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the tour and wish we could have toured the locker rooms. If you’re a hokey or basketball …
The pepsi center holds a lot of people so a lot of big artists perform here. The sound is great and you can usually get a good view, even if you are way up at the top of the venue. Also love seeing the Avs play here. The parking and drink prices are my only complaints.
My recent experience while attending the Nuggets Suns was disheartening. The seats were uncomfortable and the service was atrocious. The whole game I found myself wondering why I left the comfort of my home for such a low-class experience. …
Section 10# seats are way too small, smaller than airline coach. Bathrooms undersized. Other than that, nice clean arena for good bball. Every staff member was super nice.
Shows are always great but their prices are ridiculous $23 for one drink! On top of that, it’s my fault i lost my keys but i was no where but in the arena my key 2019 car key was never found so who knows if employees threw it away or kept it when cleaning instead of returning it.
First time there, drove from Dallas to watch the Stars vs Av’s. Crowd wasn’t to bad only complaint is they didn’t have any thing for sale that commemorates the game except the program for 2 dollars. Nice venue to watch some hockey. The beer sales were weird in the way they ended. I liked how everything is Downtown area
Amazing experience!! Plenty of room so it’s not too crowded, I went to see Billie Eilish, and it was pretty nice and cleaned up. I’d definetly reccomend it!
Love the atmosphere of a good sports venue. Good view pretty much everywhere you sit. The beer and food is overpriced but hey, it’s overpriced at all venues.
Ball Arena is one of my favorite stadiums for watching basketball. I’ve been to other stadiums and club and boxes are too high, to distant from the court but at Ball Arena every location is very accessible and vendors aren’t too far away from any section.
Watched my first ever ice hockey game here and had a good time. The process of going in on the game day was also pretty efficient and fast. I also like how close this is to the downtown area and doesn’t just exist far away from the city …
I love coming here to watch the Nuggets and the avalanche. Concerts at pepsi center are amazing! I mostly come to watch the Denver Nuggets and the atmosphere is always electric. They have multiple fan shops. The food is pretty good and the beer is, well beer. Prices are about on par as any other major sporting event and venue in Denver.
The people at Ball Arena have it together. They are always well staffed, the facility is clean, warm and inviting. The food can be hit and miss just like any large venue, but overall they do an excellent job at providing a safe fun environment for people of all ages.
Great place to see a show located in downtown Denver. There’s really not a bad seat in the house as long as you are not right out front and to the side of the stage. Plenty of parking if you’re willing to pay a few dollars or there’s a …
LET’S GO AVALANCHE!!! This is a great place to have a great time, weather you are going there to watch a sports game or a concert you will always ask when are we going back for another? The food, drinks and atmosphere are just great, the …
love seeing the avalanche play. even the nosebleed seats have a pretty good view. they used to have these girl scout nights where you could go walk out on the ice after the game too. very cool.
Just got back from the Lakers/Nuggets game a few hours ago (March/9/2018). Loved the hospitality at the stadium. Great mind-game entertainment. Always helps when the home team is likely playoff bound too! A great venue for NBA games. Sat in section 106. Great enough seats, close enough to the court!
Love coming here for Mammoths, Avs, & Nuggets games. Been to few concerts here including Phil Collins about 18 years ago which was the best concert I’ve ever been to! I’m only giving 4 stars because 1 slice of pizza is 9 DOLLARS! Smdh
Huge complex. The information people are great. They are all around and extremely helpful. We saw Cirque du Soleil there and I think the sound and visuals are good in any section for a show like that. The food is good for concession food …
Great venue with a small arena feel. Gets REAL loud so make sure your kiddos have ear protection. Stadium food is ok, but could be more diverse. I recommend getting food outside the arena at a local place first. Overall, the event staff are …
Beautiful stadium. It’s a great location, just off downtown in walking distance. The transportation is nice if you are staying anywhere downtown, just walk to 16th street and take the free bus until that stop and then its a short walk …
Went to the Nuggets opening game. My kids really enjoyed the center. Prices for concessions were a bit high. That’s kind of expected at a sports event so it wasn’t a deal breaker. They have handicap access via elevator. Worth a visit
Awesome game at an awesome arena! We sat in the balcony seats, which were surprising comfortable and we had a great view. $22 for two beers, which was not bad for a sporting event. We will definitely go again!
This was a once in a lifetime awesome night!!!! Monday Night Raw taping Box suite fully catered awesome view of the stage awesome view of the ring all the us who were there were having a blast!!! I have to thank the great person who made …
The Pepsi Center is a phenomenal venue at which to enjoy some NHL action! Sure, the Avs aren’t always on point, but having sat in all corners of the venue (tough to imagine since it’s round, I know), there’s not really a bad seat in the …
This arena is a great place to watch events like hockey, basketball, and even concerts. I’ve been coming here for several months now to mainly watch the Colorado Avalanche hockey games, and it is the perfect size to feel like you’re part …
Nothing negative to say about this venue. Have been 20+ times in the 10 months since I moved to Denver with 5 more visits planned before a year hits. 3 concerts, 2 basketball games, and a lot of hockey. Not sure why I haven’t been taking …
Pepsi center is always nice to get in and out of…really nice place to see a event. They really need to figure out how to get people in so that shows start on time……almost an hour delay last night a Roger Waters as people we still trying to get in at 8! The doors did not even open til maybe 7?
It’s hard to believe the Pepsi Center is over 20 years old! Beautiful facility. I love the huge big screens. There is not a bad seat in the house! From lower level to the upper bowl seats! The Loge/Club seating is amazing. Clean and not crowded level, that I enjoy!
Go Avs!!
Just went on a date with my daughter to Trans-Siberian Orchestra it was an awesome show, of course as usual food and drinks are through the roof but the Pepsi Center is a wonderful venue. Parking is $25 cash or $20 credit card can’t avoid …
The seats on the floor were very small and I had to almost sit on my neighbors lap. They had very strict restrictions for what you could bring into the venue. It felt like going through TSA, with all of the restrictions.
The Pepsi center was amazing. The amount of technology put into this arena to make the fan experience amazing is truly just that amazing! Great seats all around no matter where you are and the massive tv screen helps to see the small details of action! We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!
Twenty One Pilots Denver. There really isn’t a bad seat in the Pepsi Center. Sounded great. Amazing pyrotechnics and laser lighting. It was snowy and icy and the parking lot staff and local police made an orderly experience. The staff were …
Tried going there for a nice quiet reflection hour. Apparently that doesn’t exist in biden’s America. As soon as I sat down with my tea, freshly baked scone, and my author-signed copy of fifty shades of grey: the greyaning, almost 45 …
Great hockey stadium with friendly staff and great food and beverage options. The stadium is centrally located and easy to get to. During playoffs the energy is electric and the Avalanche Fans are awesome. As with any major stadium, traffic after an event is a nightmare, so be prepared to wait if you drive and park.
Re-design of the gift shop is so bad I have no words for it . Went to the Avs game 11/12/22 and they let so many people in at one time you can not move. Almost had to fight to get out. Follow the exit sign and told to go the other way. We usually buy new jerseys and hats, this time nothing. Who ever did this redesign should be fired.
Home of my Avalanche, the food has improved over the years, and the Boys are the best team in the league, definitely worth a trip there to watch some hockey
Very hard to give Walmart more money when I try to book a suite for an Avalanche game and they require a cashiers check be delivered the day of or before the event. The excuse is FRAUD which is covered by all major credit cards. Love the …
Very busy and crowded, but we’ll staffed to help with crowd controll. The facility is always clean and nice whether I’m there for a hockey game, a concert, or a hockey event.
Had fun at the Nuggets game, but pretty shameful they’re gouging people $40 to park their car. We passed on that scam and parked on a side street and walked like 10 minutes to the arena.
Saw the Nuggets home game (vs New York Knicks) on Wednesday. The atmosphere of the competition was very enthusiastic, the audience had a great time, and the whole competition was well-designed and attractive.
Great concert, easy parking, clean venue, clean restrooms.
With all big venues, lines for restroom, good and drinks are long, but they moved pretty quickly.
Letting people in one hour before the event or game starts is not good. To avoid big surges let people in 90 minutes before start so patrons have time to get concessions and drinks without feeling rushed before event start time
Is an awesome experience for me and my basketball team as we played at halftime for 700 people on live television I was one of the team captains for Mountain View unified and we played against Loveland High School Unified we were the two …
Parking is a PIA and ridiculously overpriced ($25-20), going through security lines is also a slow drudgery, then food and bevs are crazy expensive. Lastly, the seats get more crowded with less leg room every time they install new seating. …
Love it for Avs or anuggets games but as a concert venue it was definitely lacking until the most recent visit. Sound quality was heavily improved over previous visits and a much better experience except that the concessions closed at 10 but the show went to 1130pn+ no signs or notice of last call were posted.
Clean, chairs were tight and I am not obese. I feel for larger people. It’s hard not to touch the person sitting next to you. You’re shoulder against shoulder. Staff was friendly.
Worst arena experience!!! We will not be returning. We attended an Avalanche game last night. We purchased our tickets weeks ahead and paid $207 with fees, to stand on our feet the entire time. When we got there, there were no seats!!! On …
Easy accesses. Pleasant at staff. The only problem I saw, if a VERY LARGE BODIED person were to go to an event, nobody will be able to walk past them in the seating Isles. Seating/isles VERY narrow..
Just saying
I’ve been to many events at Ball Arena and they have a serious traffic control problem after events. The problem is there is no traffic control. Unless you leave the event early, you’ll likely get stuck for who knows how long. There’s …
I have been to numerous concerts here and have generally had a great experience. But I attended Lizzo on Halloween and I was very disappointed to learn that seating in section 300+ is very narrow. My friend and I were unable to squeeze our …
Amazing, modern venue. Using a parking app I found a garage just across Speer for $7. Parking in Ball Arena lots was $15-$25. Escalators, elevators and stairs were available immediately as you get inside. Ushers we’re knowledgeable and friendly.
They really go all out to make ya feel welcome. Staff greets you when you walk in all along the concourses and as you exit. Guest services hooks it up, and even when you can’t go somewhere they are nice about it. It would be nice if they …
Roger Waters was amazing! Great show. It took over 45 mins to get into the arena. Line was out to the parking lot. Ball Arena doesn’t seem to understand crowd control.
The line to get into the arena to see Roger Waters was a clusterf$&k and it took 30-40 minutes of being pressed into a tight mob of hot claustrophobic concert fans. Worst experience, never going to another show there again. There was …
Seats are too small (we’re small and it was a crunch); however the lighting and show was amazing! Don’t show up later or you’ll be “that person” when everyone has to stand and let you into the row cuz it’s that crowded. Kevin Heart show was dope!
Awesome venue, even the side view for cheap seats was actually pretty amazing. Parking was plentiful and not a long walk – at least compared to venues in Florida. …
Had a great time at the Korn and Evanescence concert. Didn’t like the no smoking no leaving rule. Also lost my car keys and their security was only helpful after filling out a list and found form online… Still didn’t get my keys back, but great show!
Sound and view was good in section 304. Seats are very close. I would likely pass on another concert here for cost vs comfort. Beer was $15. Staff was present and helpful.
As an Avalanche season ticket holder, I have generally enjoyed the experience, seats and efficient way they get guests into the arena. Until this year. …
As a member for the Denver Nuggets I regularly visit Ball Arena. The staff, security and amenities are great for anybody. I attended the Bad Bunny Concert which was super full and everything went super smooth. I really recommend earplugs if you are going to crowd concert. It gets really really loud inside the arena.
Amazing! If you are in Colorado for whatever reason go see a Nuggets or Avalanche game at the ball area. Very nice, very open. Drinks are a bit outrageous but overall the experience is great
We have season tickets to the Nuggets. Love going to the games and having fun. The in-game entertainment is great. The music is way too loud. You can barely hold a conversation with the people next to you. Takes away from the enjoyment of the game.
I can’t say enough good things about the experience my family and I had. The staff when out of there way to accommodate my mom and her wheelchair. They made sure the whole family stayed together. I’m beyond impressed with the customer service we got. Thank you it made our experience wonderful.
Got the opportunity to go see the Nuggets play.. Ball Arena was built in 1999 but it still looks good & the fans is what makes the place.. I was a Nuggets fan for a day.. drinks are high per usual at sports events but it’s definitely worth the atmosphere!
Great to come here for Games and Concerts. Would highly recommend. You can find something for everyone. Friendly staff and good food if you know where to look. Only negative was the amount of smokers smoking indoors at the concert. Otherwise Fun Times!!
Waited only 2 min to get in. Super nice staff, clean facilities, easy to navigate!
We prepaid for parking and it was so empty and easy to find a nice spot.
Entering was easy. Great seats, great people (customer service). Location for restrooms were at each section never had to walk far. Drink and food stations were also close to each section. Seats were comfortable, awesome view at section 116 row 10 seat 1&2.
Great venue. Attended the Gorillaz tour 28 Sep, and despite a packed show, getting in didn’t take more than 10 minutes, there were lots of helpful staff directing foot traffic, lots of food vendors, and most importantly the acoustics were …
Fun night out to the Avs game with my family, and it was a blast! Sat at club level, and everything was just fine, not too crowded on the level, and it wasn’t too difficult getting in and out. My wife did say, though, that the women’s …
Ball Arena is a great venue. We had a good view of the stage from where we were sitting. Staff were courteous and helpful. One complaint is regarding the parking. If you have a handicapp placard be prepared to pay for parking. This caught …
Great venue for a game, concert or special event. Prices high as they are these days for most venues offering food and alcohol. So eat before going or grab there based on your budget.
The Ball Arena aka Pepsi Center was a great place to watch the Eagles on their 2021 Tour! The view was amazing. The sounds was clear and impactful. I will say, I was disappointed in the crowd. There was a whole lot of sitting happening at a …
Every one was nice, very helpful and asked if we needed help. Their was one man that we asked a question to but he blew us off and walked away. But one bad apple is going to ruin my experience at the Ball Center. Loved it and had much fun at my first Hokey game. Thanks Denver for the awesome experience.
Wonderfully easy to get around at. Parking is always great too no matter where you are coming from. Elitch Gardens is just across the train tracks (easy walkover tunnel) and Brooklyns is just across the street for an after the game drink …
Ball Arena never disappoints, especially when the Avs play and there is a W at the end of the night. Unlike larger arenas in the US, all the seats are good seats. Plus, $15 dollar tickets are back for the season!
We attended Monster Jam at the Ball Arena it was a good time, lines ran smooth, the food wasn’t that great we had some hot dogs and pretzels the pretzels were hard didn’t taste that grate. It felt like the cashier at the food stand did not …
My first Hockey game. So exciting. The venue was beautiful and clean, the food we had was great too. Obviously a bit pricey but that was to be expected. The staff very friendly and helpful. We watched the Denver Avalanches against the LA …
Went to a Justin Bieber concert last night and the Ball Arena CLEARLY can’t handle a high quality production show! There technical difficulties were unappreciated and unacceptable. Thanks for a show with no screen, quality lights and effects!
If you haven’t experienced a Mammoth game they really put on a show. I went all last season and got season tickets this year. Only sport I’ll go to every game.
After two years in the making my girlfriend took me to see My Chemical Romance for their reunion tour. It was one of the most amazing events of my life! I love you Cailee!
❤
I’ve seen the Denver Nuggets, the Colorado Avalanche, and many different artists perform at this arena. I’ve never had a bad experience. So much energy in the fans, great variety in concessions, and very friendly staff!
Great energy here at Ball! Great teams! Also enjoy watching shows here. Only arena in North America with a personal residence on it. Still have a hard time not calling this place Pepsi Center!
Came here to see Evanescence while on tour with Korn.
Staff did a great job, everything was organized, the lines moved quickly and the security did a great job. …
This arena is amazing! It’s super clean, very easy to navigate, and when I went to the Lizzo show on Halloween, the crowd was amazing. I’m not sure if the recent crowd crush in Korea maybe tempered things, but no one pushed, shoved, or …
I absolutely love this place! Acoustics are great for concerts! The staff were super friendly! It was easy to get around and find our designated seats. Seating in the arena could be a little wider and softer. We had some larger people …
Went to my first Nuggets game tonight, but have definitely been to my fair share of Avalanche games, and it was such a blast!!! Even the nosebleeds are a really great view!!
Great arena, not really a bad seat in the house. Easy to get through security and there are plenty of options for food and drink. The prices of concessions are pretty average but the options are decent.
Came here for a nuggets game! It was my first nba game and I was pleasantly surprised at how great the experience was. The venue was easy to navigate and the staff was so friendly! I was struggling to get my belt bag off at security upon …
This event center was nice, clean, and well designed. There are plenty of places to get food and beverages as well as bathrooms galore. There were people constantly cleaning up as well.
Came to Ball Area to see a hockey game but the game got moved outdoors. Thankfully we were able to see a professional lacrosse game instead in one of the luxury suites and had an awesome time! The arena while nice could use some upgrades as it’s starting to show it’s age.
Amazing time was had at The Ball Arena! Covid vaccination or negative covid test (within 72 hrs) required for entry. Delicious food options, clean venue and a fun atmosphere.
I went to see a concert of the Swedish House Mafia last Sunday 8/21/22 and the production was amazing. They split the venue in between the dancefloor, sharing the playing court for the Nuggets-Basketball and the Avalanche-Hockey in between …
My first time at Ball Arena was to see Lizzo. It was incredible!! The seats were closer than expected from looking at the seating chart. Section 146 was the sweet spot. The staff was friendly and helped us through security so smoothly and …
It’s a nice venue but I went to see Nathaniel Rateliff and the nightsweats with Marcus Mumford and I had third row floor seats and they put the chair’s literally edge to edge and there just basic folding chairs and so your so jammed in with …
The Ball arena is where the Avalanche Hockey Team play so it’s pretty big but seating is very tight. A lot of bathrooms which is nice. A lot of food and drink choices. 3 merch stands that are super efficient. The lines are long but move …
Great atmosphere, the crowd was live both nights I was there, I would definitely attend another game there. The food pricing wasn’t to bad, actually cheaper than most arenas and stadiums I’ve been to. Easy to get in and out of the arena, took maybe 5 to 10 minutes to get in once the doors opened. Doors open 1 hour before tip off.
We went to the opening Nuggets game. We had so much fun, the seats were easy to find, the facilities were clean also. Definitely a good venue to check out if you get the opportunity!
The LOUDEST Arena I have ever been into! I’m a regular concert-goer and I’ve been to a good amount of concert venues. Out of all the arenas I’ve been into, Ball arena is definitely the loudest for me, and I’m not talking about the crowd. I …
Nice good size arena , not to big but we’ll maintained. All ways in and out are marked in perfect way , very helpful staff is always happy to help and lead the way . Everything was clean starting from seat’s and finishing at toilets . Good place for spending great time with friends!
Love this arena! We recently went to watch the NBA Heat vs Nuggets game! The arena was clean and had a lot of security. Even the seats in the 300’s have a great view. Cool contests and giveaways throughout the game! Fun family night out!
Amazing.. it is the best atmosphere when u go for a Denver Nuggets Game. Kinda pricy for things but well worth it to have a good time.. the Wife and kids love coming out to ball arena for Games… Let’s go …
We went for an Avalanche game on Sunday night. It was great! To get in, you either need proof of vaccination or a negative covid test. Masks are also required indoors. But the game was great, after it started the lines moved really quick …
Went to a playoff game and I have to say it was very well organized. They stagger the door opening so not everyone rushes in at once, lots of staff for security and help. Good locations for food and rest rooms on all levels.
We went there for AVS vs. CALGARY FLAMES hockey game this season of 2022. Atmosphere was outstanding. Ball Arena is 21 year old arena and if seats in arena will be renovated that be great. Overall, place is easy to access to and parking lot big enough.
What an Awesome place to watch the Nuggets!! The drum crew is Amazing, so much fun, & so kind! My youngest got to beat the big drum to inspire the Nuggets and fans at half time!!! 🥳🥳🥳 He is still smiling ear to ear this morning. 😃 …
I still call it the Pepsi Center because of some good memories here. Caught a Nuggets game or two here and the atmosphere was always good. Nothing too crazy or special about arena, but its well located and a fun time. I can imagine it gets crazy here for Avalanche games
Club level for the avalanche game did not have staff to bring food or orders at the seats. What a disappointment. Sound and energy as always as good was at the concert the night before for Nathaniel Radcliffe and the night sweats. Both …
Easily one of the best sports venues I have ever visited (and I have visited dozens). Comfortable seats, good sight lines from anywhere in the arena, some of the best food options I have ever purchased at a major event, fantastic sound and …
There are no bad seats here, which is marvelous for folks moving into Denver from places like LA, Dallas, and Houston where the nosebleeds are terrible and you would be better served just watching the game on TV. The food lines aren’t too …
Ball arena is a very spacious venue. Nice variety of food and beverage vendors. Parking available for $25. Proof of full vaccination or 72 hour negative covid test. Mask are required. Nuggets and Orlando had a wonderful time.
The Ball Arena (a.k.a The Pepsi Center) is Denver’s premier venue for major events such as concerts, hockey, basketball, wrestling, political events, etc. It sits conveniently in the downtown area next to Elitch Gardens and Denver’s many …
Second time I’ve been here for a concert and it’s still a great experience. Plentiful parking. Comfortable seats, even if you’re standing for most of the show. Amenities were easy to get to. And the fans were great.
Ball Arena is an excellent place to see a concert. This was my first visit to this arena, it definitely enhanced my concert experience. The staff was very friendly and courteous entering and exiting the arena. Everything was well organized …
Superb indoor arena with decent retail and catering available inside. The seats are comfortable with great views of the court. Security and access is pretty straightforward and there’s hardly a queue. Also love the subtitles on the screen to help those with hearing difficulties.
Saw twenty one pilots here in September! Never been to the arena or area before but the experience was great! The venue was nice, staff was nice and everything. With plenty of people waiting outside it was nice they had special bathrooms we could use at any point. That was very generous of them. Take notes other arenas!
We had a great time at the Avalanche game. They really know how to deliver a great fan experience here. The only disappointment is they take the caps from your water bottles because they don’t trust the fans to not throw them on the ice. Otherwise it was a five star experience.
Great venue. We’ll organized, and designed with seeing the show from every angle in mind. There us plenty of parking and lots of employees to give to directions. We recently saw the Trans Siberian Orchestra here. Wow, what an amazing show. If you ever have the chance to go I highly recommend. So much fun!
It was fun to visit the Pepsi Center two nights in a row, first for an NBA game, and then for an NHL game. There were lots of food choices, so you can find something to meet your needs, but prices are ridiculous. They did a pretty good job …
Nice clean arena.
Friendly staff. As with any other arena with major events the crowd inside the store to buy apparel were cramped in pretty tight. …
One of the top flight NBA arenas. The acoustics are one of a kind. The food and drinks are really good too.
Always a good time, no matter what the event is ☺️
A very nice arena for your favorite show(s). Getting to the arena by car is very frustrating. When you order your hot dogs and things, do not ask for a Coca Cola. They only serve Pepsi.
Hockey games are great, fans make all the fun
Worst venue for music ever!!!
Went to Reo and Styx on July 8th 2022.
It sounded like muffled music coming from my neighbors garage! …
A great place to see a hockey game!
Great seats anywhere. Only problem I had parking attendant kept my change when I gave him $50 for $25 parking.
You can see the games so clearly even from the highest point! Was amazing seeing the nuggets beat the Lakers there
We went to the Pepsi Center for Disney on Ice! I have to walk around on crutches and as soon as staff saw me they immediately accommodated to my needs, made sure I had good parking and made sure I found my seats safely. What a wonderful …
Great seats for a hockey game! Section 108 row 10 seat 6. AV’S win 1 to 3 against the Islanders…
There for Iron Maiden concert. Great venue, respectful staff AND crowd. Could not have asked for a better experience!
NBA game was something 😊
The organization were great …
Amazing deals, great food, and amazing sports teams to top it all off. If anything can make Colorado more exciting, it would be this.
Great place to see The Who…just don’t attempt to put a beer can, if you drink one, in the cup holders. They will fall right through. *Splash*
GARTH BROOKS at Mile High.the greatest concert I have seen so far.83000 plus the largest show in history, music video shot here tonite
Great venue! We didn’t have much trouble parking for the Halsey concert. It was expensive but it was right by the front of the door and we didn’t hit any traffic leaving. The graphics and details were awesome and the sound was great! Entry …
Great staff, easy access. Keith urban was phenomenal!!!
Badass concert at a badass arena!!
Awesome Avalanche home opener and banner raising!
It is right in the heart of …
Great newer venue. Bathrooms were clean and food and drinks were accessible and varied. Seats were slightly uncomfortable.
The cup holders in the seats need to be deeper. The beers spill way too easily. Other than that it was great.
First time at this venue and I hope to be back for more shows. Place is clean and easily accessible to the food and drinks and bathrooms.
Went to Circ de Sole. Amazing show! Highly recommend. I like this indoor venue because there really isn’t a bad seat for the show.
Saw Carrie Underwood
Transiberian orchestra
Pentatonix
Just went to see a Nuggets game. Had a blast!! Only complaint is the seats. I fit, but barely… And I’m not that big. Also arm rests don’t go up, do if you’re too big there’s really no solution which is a shame.
Incredible place. Always a great time. Seen some really really good shows here. Just wish it wasn’t soooo expensive for a water or small snack.
Went to see Shinedown, SixxAm and Five Finger Death Punch… A Rock Concert, right?!?!?
Actually had several people sitting in their seats, in the stands and …
This is a very nice stadium! We thought there would be more food choices though. We enjoyed the game!
Here for the avalanche vs predator playoff game. Pepsi Center staff are so nice. We were greeted a dozen times …
Always a good time at Ball Arena (Roger Waters concert) but even better when you get free luxury box seats and parking. Always a great atmosphere.
Really nice area, but the seats are hilariously small. Even for a 120 pound woman.
Had a great time. Amazing concert!!!
Very cool. It’s actually called the Pepsi center
Nuggests can bring some crowd. this arena made me happy cause of the crowd. Everybody was very welcoming and they had good sportsmanship all around. I would definitely recommend visiting and catch nuggets playing while they are in town. …
Opening night for hockey was awesome. And the Lexus Club experience couldn’t have been better.
The Pepsi Center in Denver is great for the fan experience no matter which sport you like. Good views from any seat in the house. Lots of merchandise to pick form for both basketball and hockey for decent prices.
Disappointed with the new policies in place and hope they are just for while we’re still in Covid. …
The game was a blast. The Ushers could be friendly since alot of people are there for the first time.
Went to a Denver Nuggets Vs LA Clippers game here, which they won!! Loved the whole experience! The staff were great. Many food options and are seats were very good value for money. Would definitely go again!
Really nice arena, staff were so pleasant and friendly. Food was good, lines can be long though. Enjoyed visiting
We had a great time at the nuggets game! We used spot hero and got a ten dollar parking spot in the C lot which was awesome
Enjoyed …
Let’s go Nuggets/Avs!!!!
Don’t eat at Brooklyn’s beforehand. The food in the stadium is cheaper and way better.
The music acustics and sound made tool the best concert I, be ever seen
Trans Siberian Orchestra –
The Ghost of Christmas Eve
An epic experience! We went to a concert and everything was fantastic from the staff to our seats. The acoustics in this arena are phenomenal!
Just went to see the Mammoth and it was so fun. High energy!
Also I had to check in my mace at fan services and they were so nice to me. Happy. happy
The people at Ball Arena have it together. They are always well staffed, the facility is clean, warm and inviting. The food can be hit and miss just like any large venue, but overall they do an excellent job at providing a safe fun environment for people of all ages.
Great venue for a show. The Black Keys were amazing. The seats have plenty of room and that’s good with drunks trying to dance next to you.
Had an awesome time at the Avs game! The arena is very modern and sleek. Staff are very helpful as well. A great place to enjoy a game!
A really great arena watching the Avalanche….just a pity they didn’t win! Really nice seats even in the upper row 👍 …
From out of town. First timer. Great game!! Amazing atmosphere and awesome fan support for their Nuggets!!!
The arena was clean and the staff was pleasant to talk to. The event we went to was well done and everyone had a really great time!
The seats on the floor were very small and I had to almost sit on my neighbors lap. They had very strict restrictions for what you could bring into the venue. It felt like going through TSA, with all of the restrictions.
Carrie Underwood at Ball arena was Awesome!
We went to watch the Suns vs. Nuggets on Christmas Day. Great event, great concessions, friendly staff all around. Love Ball Arena.
Love the …
Too small for Monster Jam. Show was good but too crowded for a real good show. Food was horrible at Wynkoop. Don’t eat there if you go.
We saw an Avalanche game at Ball Arena, and it was fantastic! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys hockey and wants to see an amazing team play!
First Avs game and WOW Amazing!
Excellent Place for Sports !!! Great atmosphere, comfortable seating, and lots of excitement!
Great concert, easy parking, clean venue, clean restrooms.
With all big venues, lines for restroom, good and drinks are long, but they moved pretty quickly.
Letting people in one hour before the event or game starts is not good. To avoid big surges let people in 90 minutes before start so patrons have time to get concessions and drinks without feeling rushed before event start time
Is an awesome experience for me and my basketball team as we played at halftime for 700 people on live television I was one of the team captains for Mountain View unified and we played against Loveland High School Unified we were the two …
Love to see the ABS in the mammoth and the nuggets play always good games at ball arena.
Parking is a PIA and ridiculously overpriced ($25-20), going through security lines is also a slow drudgery, then food and bevs are crazy expensive. Lastly, the seats get more crowded with less leg room every time they install new seating. …
This is a very nice Arena and well planned out. They also handle the parking well.
Awesome Roger Waters concert, best I’ve seen in the last years!
On …
Love going to concerts, hate that the “smoking area” was nixed
Ball arena is an amazing place to go see Avalanche, Nuggets, Mammoth, games and for concerts and other events! Go AVS!!
Easy accesses. Pleasant at staff. The only problem I saw, if a VERY LARGE BODIED person were to go to an event, nobody will be able to walk past them in the seating Isles. Seating/isles VERY narrow..
Just saying
Great seats. Great food. Great atmosphere.
It would be nice if they …
Seen FFDP in concert, definitely worth every cent & then some.
Nice place. Seats on the 1st level could be a little wider for what you pay for them.
All the things I love, I can find here. Avalanche and concerts! Great venue. Super clean and the staff are amazing!
Awesome venue, even the side view for cheap seats was actually pretty amazing. Parking was plentiful and not a long walk – at least compared to venues in Florida. …
My first NHL game! Absolutely the best!
Good place to see a concert. Comfortable seats and plenty of food and drink options.
Parking was easy. Loved our seats! Section 134 row 16.
Amazing! If you are in Colorado for whatever reason go see a Nuggets or Avalanche game at the ball area. Very nice, very open. Drinks are a bit outrageous but overall the experience is great
I don’t understand why people pay a lot of money for a concert to keep getting up, disturbing everyone in the process, just to miss parts of it. SMH.
Not a bad seat anywhere
All Good 👍 …
We have season tickets to the Nuggets.
We saw the Cirque du Soleil show Ovo and it was great. Easy to park and get inside. Clean restrooms and friendly staff.
Go Avs!
Very fun place to watch basketball and hockey! Definitely coming again.
Amazing place to watch a basketball or hockey game or even a concert!! The addition to the HUGE Jumbotron is amazing!
Was there on a business trip from Tampa to see a Nuggets’ game: good arena, very friendly staff! 👍🏼👍🏼 …
Great venue… saw earth, wind and fire. They were magnificent and Carlos Santana never disappoints.
Great venue! Prices are reasonable and good space for parking! Overall, very easy to get in and out
Wonderfully easy to get around at.
Easy entry and the atmosphere is great.
Personally recommend parking at Tívoli and eating beforehand. …
I had soo much fun ☺ it was super cool because I was able 2 talk 2 people around me and not get scolded at like usual
We attended Monster Jam at the Ball Arena it was a good time, lines ran smooth, the food wasn’t that great we had some hot dogs and pretzels the pretzels were hard didn’t taste that grate. It felt like the cashier at the food stand did not …
We went here to see The Smashing Pumpkins concert. It’s a great venue overall.
Seating is very comfortable, plus you pretty much have a great view no matter …
First time watching professional Hockey. It was pretty cool to watch in person. We had amazing seats. Fun experience
This arena is amazing! It’s super clean, very easy to navigate, and when I went to the Lizzo show on Halloween, the crowd was amazing. I’m not sure if the recent crowd crush in Korea maybe tempered things, but no one pushed, shoved, or …
Went to a panic at the disco concert. Had a great time and entry was very smooth compared to many events I have been to.
So fun~!
Let’s go Avalanche~^^
Free Season, 3:1 we won!!! …
I absolutely love this place! Acoustics are great for concerts! The staff were super friendly! It was easy to get around and find our designated seats. Seating in the arena could be a little wider and softer. We had some larger people …
Great facility to watch a nba game. Nuggets home stadium always good times. Parking $25 man that’s crazy 🤯🤯. …
Nice arena! Doesn’t hurt when you’re seeing the defending Stanley Cup Champions. You’ll get a great atmosphere.
Fun times at Ball Arena. Easy to get to, clearly marked areas to show vaccine card. Can only use credit card for food purchases.
Great place to catch a show, light rail will drop you off right across the street so you don’t have to fight for a parking spot. …
