  1. This place seems really disorganized and a little run down. They don’t seem to know what paperwork to sign and who should sign it. I’m actually worried about the quality of the mri after seeing how badly the front office is run.

  3. Awful! They said they did not have my paperwork. They rescheduled for two days later- I asked the insurance continemail me a copy. When I returned they said they did not have my paperwork again- I supplied the correct paperwork which had been faxed twice! Ridiculous!!!

  6. Switching from ear pluggs to the headphones was a jarring experience. The headphones barely reduced noise from the MRI machine. When you actually hear what was playing in the headphones, it was the WOGL radio station. I pretty much listened to radio commercials the whole time. I’d MUCH rather ear plugs…or the option.

  7. The man was very dry the receptionist. He seemed cranky. Never said hello.just kept telling everyone sign and have a seat but with attitude. Seems like he was covering for someone and didn’t like being there.

  9. Horrible. Front desk scheduling person did not listen to my concerns and scheduled appointments incorrectly. I spent several hours and experienced a lot of frustration correcting issues caused by her lack of listening.

  23. Staff is friendly and reassuring; Really get you through the scariness of x-rays and MRIs. They have ear plugs and headphones that pipe in music to keep your mind off it. Usually I close my eyes to forget the closeness of the MRI but I saw one guy even with a eye mask!

  26. The lady at the front desk staff is very unprofessional – loud, yells patients personal information, appears combative with the guy working the desk with her. She is so unprofessional that I probably would not use that facility again. Gave 3 stars because the staff that perform the test are friendly and helpful.

  41. Despite the undesirable nature of my need to visit, the staff, doctors and nurses were excellent. They care about what they do and who they are helping. They do everything possible to make you as comfortable as possible. No one wants to be injured, but they make recovery their priority while keeping their patience comfort in mind.
