Paying for 40 megs tech says I’m maxed out at 30 megs and I’m only getting 20 if I’m lucky unreliable signal drops off can’t stream tv without losing signal. Tech calls me and says does it have to be fixed today? I’m an hour away. And I have a Christmas party to go to! I’m only home on weekends, and I pay $100 a month for what?
