Everyone is different here. One guy has some sense, the manager. If this was not my only option I would not have them. I have had Kentucky was and San Diego, and by far the customer service here is horrible.
first of all whoever said that first one is fibbing because they don’t shut water off on the weekends :/ and second The best workers!!! I wanna brag on austin and sam for how advanced they are in the water business. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
The worst customer service ever! Every woman that works in this office is rude. Shawn is the only person there that has a clue. I was hung up on because she couldn’t spell or hear. I’m glad I’ve moved away from Garrard Co. Every time I had to call, it was a hassle and talk about rude. I’d give 0 stars if it were an option
This water company has shut my water off on many weekends. Other places I’ve lived waits to do work during actual business hours. Very unprofessional . Just wished I could give – 5 stars…. EDIT once again looking for an after hours # …
I just got off the phone with the water company because my water was turned off. I mistakenly thought I had autopay set up but was sorely wrong. It was completely a mistake on my part! The worker I spoke to was a very patient and kind Woman …

I have never had a problem with them, I buy the water and pay for it. Prices are really fair. The people has always treated me with respect.
