Our rates have changed considerably. We pay three times more and now they won’t come to our driveway and pick up, they want us to haul our receptacle 1/2 a mile to the end of our road. If there are other choices besides garrison disposal, use other services.
Reliable service and their pickup crews are polite and thoughtful. Prices are high and their customer service is terrible. Very rude. We switched services as soon as the opportunity arose and got a nasty letter in the mail as a result. We won’t be going back.

We have used Garrison Disposal for many years. We had a family mix up on paying the bill. We got it paid but they continued to pick it up before we straightened it out. The driver said “They always pay.”
